The economy can't prosper while an epidemic is raging. You need to reduce the disease to a manageable rate, and then the economy will repair itself. It's already working in China and in the other countries with a credible public-health policy.

Just ignoring Covid-19 because you're too lazy or too stupid to develop a strategy won't help anything, it will just postpone how long it takes to get the economy running again.
